Every reorder Print Cartridge is covered with an orange Protect Cover (At the time
of printer purchase, it is Protect Paper.)that protects the drum from intense light.
This error is displayed when the printer is operated without removing the Protect
Cover(or Protect Paper).
Open the Front Cover and check if the Protect Cover(or Protect Paper) is affixed on
the Print Cartridges (Y, M, C, or K).
Remove the Protect Cover(or Protect Paper) if present.
Replace the Printer.
