Trouble substance
There are some extremely faint or completely non-printed parts. Those non-printed parts cover a wide
area vertically, along the paper feeding direction.
Possible causative parts
- TRANSFER ASSY (PL4.1.1)
- CARTRIDGE ASSY (PL5.1.18(K)/PL5.1.19(C)/PL5.1.20 (M)/PL5.1.21 (Y))
- KIT ROS ASSY (PL5.1.99)
- FUSER ASSY (PL6.1.10)
Before commencing troubleshooting, check the paper transfer path. Make sure there is no foreign
materials on the transfer path, such as staples, paper clips, scraps of paper and so on.
