Trouble substance
There are vertical black stripes along the paper.
Possible causative parts
- TRANSFER ASSY (PL4.1.1)
- CARTRIDGE ASSY (PL5.1.18(K)/PL5.1.19(C)/PL5.1.20 (M)/PL5.1.21 (Y))
- FUSER ASSY (PL6.1.10)
If the stripes at the top or back of the paper, replace the IBT ASSY only.
Before commencing troubleshooting, check the paper transfer path. Make sure there is no foreign
materials on the transfer path, such as staples, paper clips, scraps of paper and so on.
