1. Click Load Auto Attendant.... The following window appears.
2. Click Yes. The Load Auto Attendant window appears.
3. Select the .wav file, and then click Open.
Viewing auto attendant message lengths
1. Choose Tools > Memory Usage > Auto Attendant. The Auto Attendant
Time Usage window appears. It shows the amount of time used by each
auto attendant message.
Erasing a message
You can erase a recorded message using a local extension or remote phone.
Click Erase Instructions to see instructions on how to erase a message. Erase
unused auto attendant messages to free up space for voicemail.
1. Pick up a local extension, or dial into the TalkSwitch system from a
remote phone. If you pick up a local extension, you will hear the dial
tone. If you dial in from a remote phone, the auto attendant will answer.
2. Press
to enter command mode.
