The Call Reporting licensed add-on application automatically connects to the
TalkSwitch unit, downloads the CDRs, and builds detailed reports of call
activity. The application requires the Store to File on TalkSwitch setting in
the CDR output window.

browser. Retrieving the CDRs using a browser requires the Store to File on
TalkSwitch setting in the CDR output window.
1. Expand System Information > IP Configuration in the TalkSwitch
configuration software, and note the unit IP address.
2. Expand System Information > Administration in the TalkSwitch
configuration software, and note the system name. You will also require
the system password.
3. Enter the unit IP address in the Address field of a web browser. The Log
in window appears.
