7. To prevent unauthorized use of call back, select the Use password on Call
Back check box, and then enter a Password. The user will enter this
password after answering the call back.
8. To have the TalkSwitch unit play a recorded message when the call back
is answered, select the Use Announced Message check box. This is
required if a receptionist will answer the phone. For example, the
announcement can tell the hotel front desk: "Please transfer this call to
Bob in room 307". You can record the announcement using a local
extension connected to the TalkSwitch unit, or remotely by calling a
telephone line connected to the TalkSwitch unit. Clicking the Record
Message button gives instructions on how to record the announcement.
9. To allow the user to place a call, enable call bridge:
a) Select the Allow Call Bridge check box. The window enables the Hunt
Group Access... button.
b) Click Hunt Group Access.... The Call Back Bridging Access window
appears.
c) Select the line hunt groups that the user can access.
