Alternatively, you can choose Tools > Voicemail Manager to display the
Voicemail Manager window, and then click Reset Mailboxes.
2. Select one or more mailboxes to delete their greetings, messages and
passwords.
3. Select the Delete Directory name check box to delete the names recorded
for the dial-by-name directory from these mailboxes as well.
4. Click Reset Checked. The greetings, messages and passwords (and
optionally names for the dial-by-name directory) are deleted from the
selected mailboxes.

• Telephone Lines
• VoIP Numbers
• Local Extensions
• Remote Extensions
• Extension Ring Groups
Note that Call Handling > VoIP Numbers is only present if the TalkSwitch
units have VoIP ports.
