7. If a telephone line has the 3-Way Calling/Conference service, the Hunt
Group Access window enables the Allow the use of Same Line Connect (by
dialing 80) check box. Select the check box to enable line hunt group 80.
If the user activates call bridge by dialing line hunt group 80, the
TalkSwitch system will use the same telephone line to call the third
party. It will have the telephone company put the user on hold. It will
then dial the third party's phone number, using the same telephone line.
Once the third party answers, the TalkSwitch system will connect the
user and the third party.

PERMISSIONS
The Options > Permissions page allows you to restrict local extensions, by
selecting those that require an access code. You can also set up access codes
for up to 150 people.
An access code allows you to place a call from a restricted local extension.
For example, you can configure the lobby phone to require an access code.
The receptionist can provide an access code to visitors, as required. However
an access code is not required to answer a call, or to dial an emergency
service number.
To use an access code, pick up a local extension and dial the line hunt group.
If an access code is required, the TalkSwitch system will prompt you for the
access code. Enter the access code, followed by
accepted, the TalkSwitch unit makes a telephone line available.
