Setting up voicemail notification

Setting up voicemail notification allows the TalkSwitch system to notify the
user if a caller leaves a message. The TalkSwitch system can notify the user
by phone and pager; can activate message waiting lights on one or more local
extensions; and can e-mail up to four users. The e-mail notification can
include the voicemail message as an attachment.
After setting up voicemail notification, save the configuration by choosing
File > Save settings to TalkSwitch. Alternatively, you can click the Save
settings to TalkSwitch icon.

Setting up notification by phone

1. Select the Dialed Notification tab.
2. Select the Remote Phone check box.
3. Enter the Phone number. Enter the number as you would normally dial it
(i.e. without the line hunt group number). You can enter digits 0-9,
space, dash, comma,
seconds.
4. Click Notification Settings.... The Notification Settings window
appears.
5. Select the notification setting. Choices are:
