Viewing mailbox data

The Mailbox Data window shows how much recording time is taken up by
music on hold, voicemail and the auto attendants, and how much time is
free.
The recording time for internal music on hold, voicemail, and the auto
attendants is two hours per TalkSwitch unit. You can expand the built-in
memory using memory cards.
1. Click View Mailbox Data. The Mailbox Data window appears.
Alternatively, you can choose Tools > Voicemail Manager to display the
Voicemail Manager window, and then click View Mailbox Data.
2. Select View active mailboxes only to conceal the deactivated mailboxes, or
select View all mailboxes to show the deactivated mailboxes as well.
The Mailbox Data window shows:
Mailbox — The mailbox number. The window starts with the local
extension mailboxes, remote extension mailboxes, and then general
mailboxes for TalkSwitch unit 1. It then shows these mailboxes for
TalkSwitch units 2, 3, and 4.
Mailbox Name — The name of mailbox.
Type — How the voicemail is activated. Types are Voicemail,
Announcement, and Deactivated. Voicemail means the mailbox is
