Tags in a condition
You can use tags in a condition . A list of names, types, data types and precisions
of all tags is provided. Tags are defined under Administration - Configuration
in the Contact Center User Interface.
Local variables in a condition
You can use local variables in a condition . A list of names and values is
provided. The local variables apply to a certain IVR script.
Example for a condition
You can use a variety of tags, local variables, and operators for a condition. The
following example shows how a condition is structured.
