Access Synchronous Z messages only. If you are a Continuous Access Synchronous user, note the
following:
The word M-VOL in Continuous Access Synchronous Z messages is equivalent to P-VOL in
Continuous Access Synchronous messages.
The word R-VOL in Continuous Access Synchronous Z messages is equivalent to S-VOL in
Continuous Access Synchronous messages.
Recommended action
This column provides recommended actions corresponding to the message. Take actions based
on instructions provided in the error message or in the recommended action column written in this
manual.
In some cases, a message window is displayed without any recommended actions. In these
circumstances, take actions based on instructions with the part code and the error code provided
in this manual.
Part code
Part Code in the table shows an ID of the application that issued the message, and it is configured
with a four- or five-digit number. In some cases, the number of digits may not match with the one
described in this manual.
In these circumstances, read this manual with the following interpretation:
Four-digit part code: This is as described in this manual.
Five-digit part code: This is as described in this manual. Or, it may be described in four digits
in this manual. In this case, remove the top number "0" of the five-digit part code in the
message window to read it in the four-digit part code in this manual.
When the part code "03005" (five digits) is displayed in the message window, you should refer
to the part code "3005" (four digits) in this manual.
Error code
Error code shows a message ID, and is configured with a four-, five-, or six-digit number. In some
cases, the number of digits may not match with the one described in this manual. In these
circumstances, read this manual with the following interpretation.
Four-digit or five-digit error code: These are as described in this manual.
Six-digit error code: This is as described in this manual. Or, it may be described in four-digit
or five-digit error codes in this manual. In this case, remove the top number "0" or "00" of
the six-digit error code shown in the message window to read it in the four- or five-digit error
code in this manual.
When the error code "002015" (six digits) is displayed in the message window, you should refer
to the error code "2015" (four-digit) in this manual. When the error code "055505" (six-digit) is
displayed in the message window, you should refer to the part code "55505" (five-digit) in this
manual.
If Remote Web Console starts and displays the following message, refer to the code and number
the (YYYY ZZZZZ) represent. A check box may be indicated in the message window. If you check
the box, the message will not appear until you login again.
A network error occurred, the server is not ready, or an error occurred in the server. (YYYY ZZZZZ)
