Recommended Action
Retry the operation. If this problem
persists, please contact HP Technical
Support.
Check whether the DKCMAIN microcode
version and the SVP microcode version
are mismatched.
Retry the operation.
Check the path status and edit the path
again.
Refresh and check the window. If
possible, retry the operation on the
primary data volume.
Check the number of paths.
Check the path status in the DKC Status
window, then restore the paths.
Check the CHA status on the window. If
the CHA is blocked, replace the CHA,
then retry the operation.
Enter the correct data.
Refresh the window, and check the pair
status. If possible, retry the operation on
the secondary data volume.
Replace the channel adapter, then retry
the operation.
Refresh the window, and check the pair
status of the pair. If the pair status can
be manipulated, retry the operation.
Check the port number, ID, and LUN of
the storage system.
If you are performing a path operation,
retry the operation after the FREEZE
status is released.
If you are performing a pair operation,
check the DKC status, wait until the SCP
time elapses, then retry the operation.
Exchange the port type after deleting the
group setting.
