Recommended Action
From the Volume Retention window,
check the settings of the specified
primary data volume.
Check the status of the primary data
volume in the Business Copy window or
the Business Copy Z window.
Extract the possible combination of
program products from the combinations
of program products described in the
message. Check the status of the
secondary data volume from the window
of the program product. To use the Thin
Provisioning volume as a secondary data
volume, release the attribute of the
program product combined with the Thin
Provisioning volume, and then retry the
operation.
Check if the specified primary data
volume is used by any of the following
program products:
Business Copy/Snapshot
Continuous Access Synchronous
External Storage Access Manager
Auto LUN
