Clean semi-automatically with peristaltic pump and drying unit DS7060

Sample displacement
Interim rinsing
Within a measurement series the next sample is either
• displaced with the previous one
or
• rinsed with rinsing fluid
Drying is explained using a device with drying unit DS7050 as an example.
1. Wipe the filling hose and hang it in the sample to be measured next.

1. Hang the filling hose in the rinsing solution and start the pump by pressing SySTEM >
Tab Functions

2. Remove the filling hose from the rinsing vessel.
3. Stop the pump by pressing SySTEM > Tab Functions , when no more liquid is
discharged from the frequency oscillator.
4. Wipe the filling hose.
Subsequently the next sample can be filled.

Create a method with a cleaning procedure for this rinsing process. Access this
method and start cleaning by pressing SySTEM > Tab Functions > Function
