Define PDF file

This is the procedure
1. Press SySTEM > Tab Printer > EDIT.
2. Select from Printer selection > PDF file.
3. Select the relevant settings using the selection lists and save the selection by pressing
OK.
PDF file
The data is filed in a PDF file on printing.
Page layout
Selection menu of pre-defined and user-defined formats.
Pre-defined formats:
User-defined:
Input of width and height in mm.
Save location
Selection menu:
Print method
Selection menu: direct/buffered
Width
Input in mm (for selection Page layout > User-
defined).
Height
Input in mm (for selection Page layout > User-
defined).
Logo
Logo (for print-out) from factory setting or imported from USB
stick.
Selection menu:

– DIN A3 landscape
– DIN A4 portrait
– DIN A4 landscape
– Letter portrait
– Letter landscape
– Legal portrait
– Legal portrait
– Legal portrait
– USB stick = the PDF file is saved on the USB stick.
– Network release = the PDF file is saved on the released
network drive.
– /tmp = the PDF file is saved in the TEMP folder.
– Factory setting = Krüss logo.
– -USB stick import- = Imports the logo in jpg or png
format from a USB stick.
