Manually clean frequency oscillator without peristaltic pump DS7070

Rinse frequency oscillator with
the Luer syringe
The density meter can be taken into operation following installation.
For the initial start-up, the frequency oscillator must be thoroughly rinsed and dried.
It may be necessary for the settings of the peristaltic pump to be adjusted to the length of
the hoses.
The cleaning procedure depends on the device types:
• Device without peristaltic pump
• Device with peristaltic pump DS7070 and drying unit DS7050
• Device with peristaltic pump DS7070 and drying unit DS7060
• Device with Autosampler
For the device types with peristaltic pump DS7070 and Autosampler the sample feeding
and final cleaning must be defined in the current method.
See the chapter Method menu for how to define sample feeding, intermediate
cleaning and final cleaning.
1. Switch on the density meter (switch on the back of the device).
The last accessed or factory-defined method will be displayed.
