Parameters/keys
The following two parameters (Sampler mode and Interim cleaning procedure) define
the procedure after sample measurement.

Intermediate cleaning
procedure
Template
If the frequency oscillator is to be rinsed and dried after every measurement, this
intermediate cleaning must be defined.
The cleaning procedure intermediate cleaningis defined in the factory settings.
How to define intermediate cleaning is described in the following example.
The intermediate cleaning of AS80 should include the following steps:
• Step 1: Sampler: rinse, to draw cleaning fluid into the frequency oscillator: Time 30 s,
anticlockwise rotation, rpm 50, continues automatically
• Step 2: Pause, to soften the cleaning solution in the frequency oscillator: 10 s,
continues automatically
• Step 3: Sampler: to rinse the frequency oscillator with water and empty it: Time 30 s,
anticlockwise rotation, rpm 50, continues automatically
• Step 4: Dry to dry the frequency oscillator: 20 s, continues automatically

Selection menu:
• Displacement: The sample is sucked in and pumped off
after measurement. The next sample then replaces the old
sample. There is no intermediate cleaning.
• Intermediate cleaning: The sample is sucked in and
pumped off after measurement. The hoses are then rinsed
and dried. This intermediate cleaning procedure must be
defined.
