In Edit mode, new methods can be created and parameters can be modified.

Explanatory notes
Two measurement scales can be defined.
• Scale 1, the primary scale. It is shown larger in the upper area in
the main menu.
• Scale 2, the secondary scale. Where required, this can be
additionally defined and is shown smaller and in the lower area
in the main menu.
For both scales, the following parameters can be defined and
selected independently of each other:
• Scale
• Unit
• Resolution
• Parameter
• Default
• Entry
• Temperature compensation
• Viscosity correction
This tab is only available for devices with temperature control.
Temperature control can be switched on and off.
Temperature control parameters:
• Target temperature
• Tolerance
• Stabilisation (delay time for start of measurement)
Under settings, the following can be selected/adjusted:
• Measurement mode (individual, interval and continuous
measurement)
• Alarm profiles
Selection menu for sample feeding.
• manual (e.g. with Luer Lock syringe)
• DS7070 (Peristaltic pump)
• Autosampler (AS80 or AS90)
This tab is only available for devices with a peristaltic pump.
Selection menu for cleaning procedure:
• none
• List of all cleaning procedures already defined in the device
• -Manage cleaning proc.-, to define
cleaning procedures.
The cleaning procedure selected here in the method is always final
cleaning.
The following measurement options can be activated:
• Comment
• Quality control
• Automatic printing
• Pause interval measurement
• Lock method
Edit parameters of a method.
Exports the selected method and its parameters.
Prints the selected method and its parameters.
The settings are confirmed, the method menu is closed and the
start menu is opened.
The method menu closes without saving the entry and the start
menu opens.
