Without operator distinction, but with protected configurations and access protection

This is the procedure
Each time the device is restarted, the user with the automatic login is logged in directly
and the device is ready for use.
Automatic login can not be enabled for users with administrator rights.
To make system settings in this scenario, first log off the user, and then log in with a user
with administrator rights.
