User menu

The OUTCOME key opens the outcome menu. The last 999 measurements are stored
in the results menu along with all associated settings and parameters. Columns can be
displayed or hidden and the results can be filtered, printed or exported.

The USER key opens the user menu. The user menu is used to define users and allocate
them permissions, define logins and change display colours.
