Access result details
This is the procedure
Display individual values
The details of a measurement result, one-shot measurement results and the
corresponding raw values and statistics are accessed as follows.
1. Press RESULTS.
2. Double-click on the required result row.
3. In the selection menu, click DETAILS.
The overview results data are displayed.
4. Click on the Individual value tab.
