Warranty provisions
Description
A.KRÜSS Optronic provides the warranty for materials and manufacturing of the digital
polarimeter family for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. During this
warranty period, A.KRÜSS Optronic will deal with defects through repairs or exchange, if
these fall within the warranty claim.
The device must be returned to A.KRÜSS Optronic for warranty repairs or service.
A.KRÜSS Optronic shall bear the costs of the customer's delivery of products for warranty
repairs. Otherwise, these shall also be the customer's responsibility.
A.KRÜSS Optronic guarantees that the hardware, which is customised by A.KRÜSS
Optronic for this device, shall operate without error when used according to our
manufacturer's instructions.
However, A.KRÜSS Optronic does not guarantee the error-free uninterrupted operation
of the device or that this operating manual does not contain errors. It also accepts no
liability for subsequent damages.
Warranty limitation:
The above guarantee does not extend to errors and defects caused by improper use,
software not supplied by A.KRÜSS Optronic, modification, misuse or operation outside
the stated environment or unauthorised maintenance.
Further claims are not guaranteed and recognised. A.KRÜSS Optronic expressly does not
guarantee the ability to use the device or its commercial use in certain cases.
A.KRÜSS Optronic reserves the right to amend this operating manual and the technical
data of this device at any time.
This digital polarimeter can be delivered only when it is properly packed in the complete
original packing including the plastic moulding. Request replacement packaging from
your supplier where required.
