♦ Intake air temperature transmitter - G42-
Removing
– Separate electrical plug connection -1-.
– Release catches -arrows- and remove the charge pressure
sender - GX26- .
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing,
observe the following:

Renew O-ring.

If retaining tabs break during removal, fixing screws can be

attached to the sender as a replacement ⇒ Electronic Cata‐
logue of Original Parts"ETKA" . Tightening torque:

Special tools and workshop equipment required
♦ Hose clamps up to 25 mm - MP7-602 (3094)-
♦ Catch pan for workshop crane , e.g. -VAS 6208-
♦ Pliers for spring strap clamps
Removing
– Disconnect plug connection -1-.
– Remove AC compressor from holder -arrows- and strap up ⇒
Heating, Air Conditioning; Rep. gr. 87 .
– Place a catch pan for workshop crane - VAS 6208- under‐
neath.
– Removing fan shroud
