Removing And Installing Engine Support - Skoda Octavia III 2013 Workshop Manual

– Place V-ribbed belt pulley crankshaft, insert screw with the
oiled thread manually until into the system.
– Tighten the screw -arrow-; to do so, use the counterholder -
T10475- .
Continued installation is carried out in the reverse order. When
installing, note the following:
– Install the V-ribbed belt

♦ Hook for MP9-200 and T30099 - MP9-200/10 (10-222A/10)-
♦ Adapter - MP9-200/18 (10-222A/18)-
♦ Support - 10-222A/31-3-
♦ Clutch - T40091/3-
Removing
– Disconnect battery ⇒ Electrical System; Rep. gr. 27 .
– Remove battery tray ⇒ Electrical System; Rep. gr. 27 .
– Drain coolant ⇒ "1.2 Draining and filling coolant", page 147
– Loosen hose clamps -1- and -2- and remove air guide pipe.
– Remove air filter housing
⇒ "2.2 Removing and installing air filter housing", page 239
– Remove ribbed V-belt tensioning device
⇒ "1.3 Removing and installing tensioning device for V-ribbed
belt", page 39 .
– Expose vacuum hose on the holder -3-.
– Release screw -2-.
– Loosen clips -arrows- and remove toothed belt guard -1- up‐
wards.
