Removing
– Remove air filter housing

WARNING
Risk of injury from fuel.
♦ To relieve the fuel pressure, place a clean cloth around
the connection point and loosen the connection point care‐
fully before opening the fuel system.
Caution
Risk of malfunctions caused by soiling.

– First press the hose coupling -1- down, then press release
buttons -arrows-
⇒ "2 Separating push-on couplings", page 211
– Remove hose coupling with pressed release buttons.
– Press release buttons on the hose -2- for the activated char‐
coal filter.
– Disconnect and expose hose.
– Unlock catch -arrow- and remove vacuum hose -1-.
– Expose vacuum hose on the air guide pipe -2-.
– Expose air guide hoses at the charge air pipe.
