– When present, remove the underbody rear left trim panel ⇒
Body Work- Assembly work; Rep. gr. 66 .
– Remove the rear tunnel bridge ⇒ Body Work - Assembly work;
Rep. gr. 66 .
– Loosen the clamping sleeve -arrow- and slide it forwards.
– Separate exhaust pipe at the separation point-arrow- with
body saw (right-angled).
WARNING
Risk of accident from silencer weight.
♦ A second mechanic is required for removing the silencer.
– Remove screws -2- and take out rear silencer -1-.
– Remove screw -3- and remove the middle silencer -1-.
Install
Installation is performed in a similar way in the reverse order. Pay
attention to the following points:
