The Cutting Deck Lift Circuit Problems

Problem
The cutting deck lift circuit will not lift
or lift slowly.

Possible Cause
Engine RPM is too low.
The hydraulic fluid level in the hydraulic
tank is low.
The cutting deck lift cylinders is binding.
The cutting deck lift cylinders leaks
internally.
The cutting deck lift control valve
(auxiliary control valve) is worn or
damaged.
The charge pressure is low.

Corrective Action
Increase the engine RPM.
Adjust the hydraulic fluid level.
Check and clear the binding of the
cutting deck lift cylinder.
Repair or replace the cutting deck lift
cylinders.
Repair or replace the cutting deck lift
control valve.
Verify the charge pressure.
