4.3 Voltage Control
4.3.1
Overview
The LSI has 3 kinds of power supply voltage; 1.1 V, 1.3 V, and 1.8 V. Depending on the operating supply voltage,
operating frequency, and target value of power consumption, power supply voltage is selected and supplied to
CPU, the peripheral function, RAM, and ReRAM.
The relation of the output voltage, VDD18 to operating power supply voltage, operating frequency, and operating
mode is shown in the table below.
