Inspection and Maintenance of a Multi-Winding Drive System

This section describes the inspection and maintenance of a multi-winding drive system.
(1) Inspections for a Multi-Winding Drive System
The multi-winding drive unit, SERVOPACKs, and converters do not need to be inspected every day. Perform
the following inspections at least once every year. Other routine inspections are not required.

(2) Parts Replacement Schedule for a Multi-Winding Drive System
The following electric or electronic parts are subject to mechanical wear or deterioration over time. To avoid
failure, replace these parts at the frequency indicated.
Refer to the standard replacement period in the following table and contact your Yaskawa representative.
After an examination of the part in question, we will determine whether the parts should be replaced or not.
