There are no tasks that must be performed before the execution.
(2) Operating Procedure
Follow the steps to set enable or disable writing.
Setting values are as follows:
• P.0000 : Write permitted (Releases write prohibited mode.) [Factory setting]

5 When you finish the write prohibited setting operation, turn the control power supply OFF and ON again.
Note: To make the setting available, change the setting to P.0000 as shown in step 3.

6.10 Write Prohibited Setting (Fn010)
Operation
Press the Key to view the main menu for the
utility function.
Use the or Key to move through the list and
select Fn010.
Press the Key. The display changes to the Fn010
execution display.
Press the or Key to select one of the follow-
ing settings.
P.0000: Write permitted [Factory setting]
P.0001: Write prohibited
Press the Key. The setting value is written into
the multi-winding drive unit, and the status display
changes as follows: "BB" to "DONE" to "BB."
Note: Saved settings will be enabled the next time
the control power supply is turned OFF and
ON again.
