MSISDN [{ueMsisdn}]. {produce.short.name} used is [{SCGMgmtIp}]
This event occurs after resending RADIUS accept back to AP. This event is
applicable when, the {produce.short.name} acts as a hosted AAA server and for
TTG/PDG session.
Note: FastReauth ID is used for authentication.
