When the module is operated from Chromeleon and if communication between
Chromeleon and the module cannot be established, messages may appear in the
Chromeleon Audit Trail. The wording of the messages in the table refers the NCS-3500RS;
however, the messages apply in the same way to the NCP-3200RS.

Remedial Action
The USB connection between the module and the Chromeleon server
may be interrupted. Check the USB connection.
The power supply to the module may be interrupted. Check the power
supply connection of the module.
Restart the Chromeleon Server Monitor and/or the Chromeleon server.
The USB connection between the module and the Chromeleon server

The power supply to the module may be interrupted. Check the power
