Fuel Tank - Honda Fourtrax Rancher AT 2004 Service Manual

FUEL TANK
REMOVAL
Remove the seat (page 3·4).
Remove the side/fuel tank cover (page 3-4).
Remove the trim clip and the sub-air cleaner hous·
ing from the fuel lank.
Remove the breather hoses from the snorkel.
Remove the trim clip.
Loosen the snorkel connecting hose band screw
and remove the snorkel/chamber assembly from the
air cleaner housing.
Disconnect the crankcase breather hose from the air
cleaner housing.
Remove the gearshift lever bracket mounting bolts.
Remove the two fuel tank holder bands and mount-
ing bolts.
