Rear Axle Removal - Honda Fourtrax Rancher AT 2004 Service Manual

REAR AXLE REMOVAL
Remove the following :
- rear wheel (page 14-12)
- rear break drum (page 16-21)
- brake cables (page 16-23)
Disconnect the breather hose from the brake panel.
Do
nor
gel
grease Remove the nuts, brake panel assemblV and O-ring.
on
the shoe limngs
Remove the cotter pin from the leh wheel hub nut.
Remove the hub nut and left wheel hub.
Remove the three mounting bolts and skid plale.
Remove the four nuts and left rear axle housing
from the final gear case.
Discard the nuts.
