Oil Cooler Installation - Honda Fourtrax Rancher AT 2004 Service Manual

LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Install the fan motor shroud assembly onto the
bracket.
Install and tighten the fan motor shroud assembly
mounting bolts.
Route the fan motor breather hose properly and
connect the breather hose to the fan motor breather
joint.
Route the shift motor wire properly.
Clamp the breather hose and shift motor wire with
retaining clips.
Connect the fan motor 2P (Natural) connector.
OIL COOLER INSTALLATION
Apply clean engine oil to the new oil cooler pipe

joint Q'rings and install them onto the oil cooler
pipe flanges.
[nstall the oil cooler pipes onto the oil cooler and
tighten the bolts.
