Donol gel grease
Inslall the brake panel assembly over the drive shah
onto the shoe Itrr
and onto the suspension arms (page 16-18).

Install the brake drum/hub and hub nut, and tempo-
rarily lighten the nut (page 16-15).
Install and tight en each joint nut to the specified
torque and further tighten until its grooves align
with the cotter pin hole.
Do nor gel grease
Install and tighten each joint nut to the specified

shoe Im- torque and further tighten until its grooves align

TORQUE: 29 N·m (3.0 kgf·m , 22 Ibf.ft)
Install new cotter pins.
Install the tie-rod onto the knuckle.
Install a new lock nut and tighten it by holding the
ball joint stud flats with an open end wrench.
TORQUE: 54 N 'm (5.5 kgf·m, 40 Ibf.ft)
Install a new cotter pin.
Tighten the axle nut to the specified torque and fur-
ther tighten until its grooves align with the coner
pin hole.
TORQUE: 78 N·m (8.0 kgf·m , 58 Ibf·h )
Install a new cotter pin.
Install the front wheel (page 14-121.
