Push the cam chain tensioner Jifter shaft white
releasing the stopper block as shown.
Secure the tensioner lifter shaft using a thin wire.
Apply a locking agent to the cam chain tensioner
lifter mounting bolt threads.
Install the cam chain tensioner lifter and tighten the
bolts.
Remove wire from the tensioner lifter.
Apply oil to the cam follower outer surfaces and
cam follower bore inner surfaces.
Install the cam followers into the cam follower
bores.
Install the following:
- flywheel (page 11-15)
- cylinder (page 9·4)
