Air Cut-Off Valve; Air Joint; Carburetor Body Cleaning - Honda Fourtrax Rancher AT 2004 Service Manual

AIR CUT· OFF VALVE
Remove the screw and the air cut-off valve from the
carbureto r body.
Remove the slow air jet and three O-rings.
Check the air cUI-off valve and jet for damage.
Clean the air jet with cleaning so lvent and blow
open with compressed air.
Apply vacuum to the vacuum hose.
The vacuum should be maintained.
Air should not flow through the valve ports when
vacuum is applied, and should flow when there is
no vacuum.
AIR JOINT
Remove the screw, set plate, air joint and O-ring .
CARBURETOR BODY CLEANING
