SUB-TRANSMISSION/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE

Remove the dowel pins.
Remove the oil pass collar and O-ring.
Clean any gasket material off from the mat ing sur-
faces of the rear crankcase cover.
BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the output shaft oil seal and shift fork shaft
oil seal.
Remove the each bearing using the following tools.
TOOLS:
Mainshaft bearing :
Bearing remover
Remover handle
Remover weight
Countershaft bearing:
Remover shaft
Remover head, 15 mm
Remover weight
Output shaft bearing:
Remover shaft assembly
Remover weight
