These are the errors occurred while various operations are being executed.

Description
The axis that servo is not
locked was started.
The servo became off
during the operation being
processed.
The servo on was
requested when the main
power supply of the AMP
was off.
The input on the plus side
of the limit turned on.
The input on the minus side
of the limit turned on.
Both inputs on the plus and
minus sides of the limit
turned on.
The movement amount of
the motor exceeded the
upper limit of the software
limit.
The movement amount of

lower limit of the software
limit.
The internal operation of
command speed failed due
to overflow.
