Station addresses of slave devices for SDO
communication are set.
Range: 1 to 192
When performing SDO communication with

any setting values other than the above, an
error (error code: 0001H) occurs. When
specifying a node address that does not
exist in the network, an error (error code:
0007H) occurs.
