Corrective Action
1. Clean the bar-code reader.
2. Check the cassette label and clean or replace the
label if necessary.
3. Continue operation. If message persists, use a
different cassette.
4. If message still persists, call your Beckman Coulter
Representative.
1. Reset the Analytical Station.
2. Continue normal operation and watch for additional
messages.
3. If additional messages appear, follow the corrective
actions associated with the messages.
4. If this message persists:
a. Change the test mode to a non-Diff test.
b. Continue processing non-Diff samples.
c. Call your Beckman Coulter Representative.
1. Reset the Analytical Station.
2. Continue normal operation and watch for additional
messages.
3. If additional messages appear, follow the corrective
actions associated with the messages.
4. If this message persists:
