3. Disconnect the A/C lines from the A/C expansion
valve (2). (Refer to 24 - HEATING & AIR CONDI-
TIONING/PLUMBING/A/C EXPANSION VALVE -
REMOVAL).
4. Drain the cooling system. (Refer to 7 - COOLING/
ENGINE/COOLANT - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
5. Disconnect the right side heater hoses (1).
6. Disconnect the heater hose behind the battery on
the left side of the engine compartment.
