Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Low battery voltage
2. Rotor in contact with stator Replace rotor.
3. Wrong wiring loose
connections
4. Relay is damaged.
5. Coil shortage
6. Ground malfunction
1. Refrigerant overcharged
2. Condenser is clogged with
dust and dirt
3. Air mixed
1. Refrigerant too short
2. Compressor discharge
valve is damaged
3. Compressor gasket is
damaged
4. Low-pressure pipe in

Solution
Charge battery.
Check and repair wiring.
Replace relay.

Check with manifold gauge
