Symptom

Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Fuse is s blown.
2. Bulb is blown.
3. Head light relay is
damaged.
4. Wiring harness
disconnected or
improperly connected
(between main switch IG
terminal and combination
switch B1 terminal,
between combination
switch 1 terminal and head
light, between combination
switch 2 terminal and head
light)
5. Combination switch is
damaged.
1. Fuse is s blown.
2. Bulb is blown.
3. Flasher relay is damaged.
4. Wiring harness
disconnected (between
combination switch R
terminal and flasher unit,
between combination
switch L terminal and
flasher unit, between
flasher unit and turn signal
light)
5. Flasher unit is damaged.
6. Combination switch is
damaged.
1. Fuse is s blown.
2. Bulb is blown.
3. Flasher relay is damaged.
4. Wiring harness
disconnected or
improperly connected
5. Flasher unit is damaged.
6. Hazard switch is
damaged.
1. Fuse is s blown.

flasher unit and
combination switch)

Solution
Replace fuse.
Replace bulb.
Replace head light relay.
Repair or replace wiring harness
between main switch IG terminal and
combination switch 1 terminal and head
light, between combination switch 2
terminal and head light.
Replace combination switch.
Replace fuse.
Replace bulb.
Replace flasher relay.
Repair or replace wiring harness
between combination switch R terminal
and flasher unit, between combination
switch L terminal and flasher unit,
between flasher unit and turn signal light
Replace flasher unit.
Replace combination switch.
Replace fuse.
Replace bulb.
Replace flasher relay.
Repair or replace wiring harness.
Replace flasher unit.
Replace hazard switch.
Replace fuse.
Replace bulb.
Repair or replace wiring harness
between flasher unit and combination
switch.
Replace flasher unit.
