Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Insufficient refrigerant
2. Gas leaking from some
place in refrigerating cycle
3. Air mixed in.
1. Too much refrigerant
1. Belt slipping
2. Magnetic clutch is
damaged.
3. Compressor is damaged.
1. Temperature motor is
damaged.
2. Water valve is damaged.
3. Condenser fin clogged
with dust
4. Expansion valve is
damaged.
1. Water valve is damaged.
2. Temperature motor is
damaged.
3. Insufficient coolant
1. Blower switch is damaged. Check and repair blower switch.
2. A/C compressor relay is
damaged.
3. Brush in poor contact.
4. Fuse is blown.
5. Wrong wiring or loose
connections.
1. Blower resistor is
damaged.
2. Relay is damaged.
3. Blower switch is damaged. Replace blower switch.

Solution
Check with manifold gauge.
