1. TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
Tractor Can Not Be
Steered
Hard Steering
Steering Force
Fluctuates
Excessive Steering
Wheel Free Play
Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Steering controller is
damaged.
2. Steering hose is damaged. Replace steering hose.
1. Hydraulic pump is
damaged.
2. Tractor is operated in
overload condition.
3. Transmission fluid is
improper or insufficient.
4. Power steering oil leaks
from pipe joint.
5. Tire pressure is
insufficient.
6. Steering controller is
damaged.
7. Power steering relief valve
is damaged.
1. Air is sucked in pump due
to leaking or missing of oil.
2. Air is sucked in pump from
suction circuit.
1. Steering controller is
damaged.
Solution
Replace steering controller.
Replace hydraulic pump.
Operate the tractor in proper conditions.
Attach the proper implements to the
tractor.
Change or fill transmission fluid.
Retighten pipe joint.
Inflate tire pressure.
Replace steering controller.
Replace steering controller.
Fill transmission fluid.
Bleed air from the hydraulic system by
steering the steering wheel to the end for
two or three times.
Repair suction circuit.
Bleed air from the hydraulic system by
steering the steering wheel to the end for
two or three times.
Replace steering controller.
