AUTOMATIC ENGINE STOP SYSTEM
Symptom
Engine Does Not
Start
Starter Motor Dose
Not Operate
CHARGING SYSTEM
Symptom
Charging Lamp Does
Not Light When Main
Switch is Turned ON
Charging Lamp Does
Not Go OFF When
Engine is Running
Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Seat switch is damaged.
2. Key stop solenoid relay is
damaged.
3. Key stop solenoid is
damaged.
4. OPC controller is
damaged.
5. Rear PTO switch is
damaged.
6. Mid PTO switch is
damaged.
7. Speed control pedal switch
(HST) is damaged.
1. Seat switch is damaged.
2. Key stop solenoid relay is
damaged.
3. Key stop solenoid is
damaged.
4. Rear PTO switch is
damaged.
5. Mid PTO switch is
damaged.
6. Speed control pedal switch
(HST) is damaged.
7. Clutch pedal safety switch
is damaged.
8. OPC controller is
damaged.
Probable Cause and
Checking Procedure
1. Fuse is blown.
2. Wiring harness is
disconnected or
improperly connected
(between main switch IG
terminal and panel board,
between panel board and
alternator L terminal).
1. Wiring harness between
alternator L terminal lead
and chassis is
short-circuited.
2. Alternator is damaged.
Solution
Replace seat.
Replace key stop solenoid relay.
Replace key stop solenoid.
Replace OPC controller.
Adjust or replace rear PTO switch.
Adjust or replace mid PTO switch.
Adjust or replace speed control pedal
switch (HST).
Replace seat.
Replace key stop solenoid relay.
Replace key stop solenoid.
Adjust or replace rear PTO switch.
Adjust or replace mid PTO switch.
Adjust or replace speed control pedal
switch (HST).
Adjust or replace clutch pedal safety
switch.
Replace OPC controller.
Solution
Replace fuse.
Repair or replace wiring harness
between main switch IG terminal and
panel board, between panel board and
alternator L terminal.
Repair or replace wiring harness
between alternator L terminal lead and
chassis.
Repair or replace alternator.
