Auto provisioning of firmware and configuration

5 • System image handling
Purpose
Specifies the location of the file to check
for changes.
Specifies alternate locations of the file. If
the first could not be contacted, the sec-
ond is tried, and so on.
Specifies how the new firmware is to be
activated. Choose between immediate
(reloads when upgrade is finished), grace-
ful (reloads as soon as the system has no
open VoIP calls anymore). or defered
(reloads the system at a later time using
the timer command). The last option can
be used to e.g. reload a unit at 2 a.m.
after a successful automatic upgrade..
Purpose
Chooses the unit's startup-configuration as
destination of the downloaded file.
Specifies the location of the file to check
for changes. $(system.mac) is a place-
holder for the unit's MAC address of
ETH 0/0. Using host names instead of IP
addresses works only if DNS resolver is
enabled and configured.
Specifies alternate locations of the file. If
the first could not be contacted, the sec-

should be activated. Choose between
immediate (reloads when upgrade is fin-
ished), graceful (reloads as soon as the
